A multipurpose menu with many possible
configurations.
The text descriptions for the buttons are formed via parameters in the HTML. Therefore
"plain" buttons can be used and the text descriptions updated as needed,
eliminating the need to create new image files for the buttons.
Parameters include:
Parent and child item font sizes
Gate, parent item and child item background images
Colours for text - normal and mouseover
