FlatCalendarXP is arguably the most powerful and configurable JavaScript calendar available. There are very few, if any, things that other JavaScript calendars can do that FlatCalendarXP can not. Simply put with a cliche, it lets you get far more done in far less time.

And the way we name it XP not only because it's perfect, but also because it's designed to be extremely perfect.

NOTE: Lite Edition has the following restrictions in contrast with Commercial Edition.

1. Unlike Commercial Edition, Lite Edition only runs on IE 5+, NS 6.1+ and Opera 7+, it doesn't support IE 4.x, Netscape 4.x, NS 6.0x or Konqueror.
2. Lite Edition doesn't support week numbers while Commercial Edition does.
3. Only basic themes are bundled with Lite Edition.
4. Using Lite Edition, a copyright message will be occasionally displayed in the status bar. Commercial Edition won't show it at all.
5. It's illegal to use Lite Edition in any commercial and/or political environment, as detailed in License Agreement.

FlatCalendarXP Commercial Edition was tested working in the following browsers with JavaScript support option enabled.

Some customers also reported that they had it successfully running in browsers on other systems like IRIX and AIX.

Note that this product relies on the browser to function correctly, just like the way that the browser depending on the operating system. We may have to leave as is if specific browser has inherent bugs or lacks support of certain feature.

Please have a look at the known problems and make sure they are acceptable before ordering.

Known Problems

• Problem: Konqueror 3.0.3 can't handle dates later than Jan 18, 2038.
  Cause: A bug in this browser.
  Workaround: Try another version of Konqueror.
  
  
• Problem: Netscape 4.x doesn't support tooltips and only IE4+ supports multi-line tooltips.
  Cause: Browser incapabilities.
  Workaround: Upgrade to Netscape 6+ or IE 5+.
  
  
• Problem: Netscape 4.x can't render more than 6 calendars in the same page.
  Cause: Browser engine problem.
  Workaround: Upgrade to Netscape 6+ if you really need more than 6.
  
  
• Problem: Netscape 4.x doesn't support implementing different themes in the same page.
  Cause: Browser CSS incapabilities.
  Workaround: Upgrade to Netscape 6+ or avoid using different themes in the same page.
  
  
• Problem: Implementing the calendar in Netscape 4.x under certain situations could result extra complexity in web authoring.
  Cause: The buggy and non-standard-compliant DHTML engine of Netscape 4.x.
  Workaround: Follow the NN4 tutorials bundled with the commercial edition.
